No response for my email/s sent in regards to not being able to use my key and id

On January 30 the update to 3.0 was installed.  I have a life time program with key and id.  When I tried to use these I was blocked.  I sent an email to support - got a quick reply:  

Thanks in advance for your patience and support. This message was sent to louan.wigton1@gmail.com in reference to Case #1205516   I have sent a few emails to support but have not received any assistance.  It is now February  4 and I think that support have had enough time to respond.  Please advise.

Please send me a private message with your license and purchase information and I'll work with you to get this corrected.

Let's start out by doing a clean removal and reinstall

Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version using the following guide. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x

After the reinstall let me get some logs to see what's going on.

Please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs as an attachment.

It shows that the product was installed and the Trial was activated. The trial has expired and you should be able to activate it. Since you have an older lifetime license there is an option to say you have an ID / Key combination. Please click that and enter your ID and KEY in the appropriate boxes. Make sure there are not other characters selected. Maybe copy/paste to notepad to make sure you're copying correctly, sometimes email adds hidden characters. 

If that does not work then uninstall the product, reboot, and reinstall. Make sure you do not select Trial, then activate and let me know if you have any issues.
