@CraigS I hear you loud and clear. Almost went that way myself. Before I committed purchasing MBAE I emailed MB and asked about a coming combined product and was told that there were no plans to do that. Dragging my feet I decided to stay w/MBAE's "perpetual beta"... weeks later v3 appeared. I trust you will be refunded. Good luck.

Hi @CraigS and @Telos, please check out our full FAQ about billing and licensing here: https://support.malwarebytes.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2669433-malwarebytes-3-0-billing-and-licensing-faqs?b_id=15026

@CraigS your answer specifically:

I have a subscription for both Anti-Malware and Anti-Exploit. Which should I use?

Malwarebytes 3.0 can do the job of both Anti-Malware and Anti-Exploit.

If you purchased your subscriptions to both products as part of a special bundle, you will not have to choose. You will get one license that combines both products and doubles the number of PCs you can protect.

If you purchased your subscriptions separately, each will turn into a license for Malwarebytes 3.0, and you can decide to choose one or the other. As our licenses can be purchased for multiple PCs, you can choose the license that best fits your needs

Malwarebytes 3.0 combines both Anti-Malware and Anti-Exploit. But, you are not losing any value if you currently have an Anti-Exploit license, as you can use that license to activate another computer with Malwarebytes 3.0 and lock in the pre-3.0 pricing.

Or if you prefer, you can get a refund. If you would like a refund, please contact our support team at https://support.malwarebytes.com/customer/portal/emails/new?b_id=15026

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
Cecile

I actually showed the 1st year Dnload page in my post but attached the correct Dec '16 Renewal Dnload page to my Sppt email with MBAM ID - Key - and - MBAE .JPG proof of purchase.,.

Too bad Edit disappears so fast, or doesn't exist. Thanks again.

No problem, Craig.

In your screenshot in your first post, the "Your download link is valid until 12/10/2016" can be a bit confusing. The text is referring to the actual blue "Download" link on that email. That link to download Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit expired after 12/10/2016, so clicking after that date will not work. But, you can always go to our website at https://www.malwarebytes.com/ to download Malwarebytes 3.0 and then activate your Premium version.

Also, if you're interested in the Anti-Exploit beta, head here: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/forum/126-anti-exploit-beta/

Cecile, in your Next Support Staff Meeting you might state / get Clarified that I've been Referred to Cleverbridge for a Refund Vs. Support.

Your FAQ refers Refunds to MBAM Support as did your email, SO ... unless Sppt needs to mark on a list that a Refund will be requested, - and THAT is why Support is given As The First Contact - you ought to change the FAQ and your Replies to the Cleverbridge Contact data.

FYI Only. Thanks again and I look forward to Installing 3.0 when some of the current issues are resolved and I get brave enough to do it.

Hi @CraigS, thanks for updating me. Yes, this is something our support team just started doing -- directing all refund request to our eCommerce partner Cleverbridge's support.

I'll have our internal support team update the FAQ to reflect this change.

Thanks again,
Cecile
