ZipCloud Quarrantine

I have started using ZipCloud for online backup, but Malwarebytes is identifying it as a PUP.  I have added the ZipCloud directory (in Program Files (x86)) to the exclusions, but I don't really want any folder excluded from Malwarebytes protection.  

Why are ZipCloud installation files flagged?  I've just paid for their services and it makes me uneasy that Malwarebytes is flagging their items as PUP.

Please advise.

PUP means Potentially Unwanted Program
