Malawarebytes 3.0.6 performance issue

I have a W8.1 Professional 64-bit PC with quad-core 3.2 GHz CPU, 16GBs memory, 1TB Samsung EVO 850 SSD, 256GBs Intel SSD and ATI graphic card desktop. I do notice a performance hit that I attribute to MWB 3.06. Logging in to the system after a start up, most of the times it takes about a minute to load up desktop. During which time the desktop items images have not been loaded, just shows a blank icon instead of the associated program icon. Trying to start "Task Manager" during the first minute does not work either until whatever process finished.

A number of time, MWB 3.0x had to be uninstalled, due to issues with the web protection. During times when MWB 3.0x not installed, the login to the account takes 5-10 seconds and the system does seem "peppier" than with MWB installed. The delay in login could be something else, but I have not verified what actually causing it. For me, the following error in the event viewer for application is pretty good indication (from today):

And yes, I also have AV on this system that works without much of a "strain" on the system. 

My point is that the hardware may not be the issue in mine, or MrDavid's system. Especially if his system meets the hardware requirements...

Change MBW to MWB...
