This is a potentially unwanted Modification. Not necessarily malicious.

Many malwares set this DWord value as well to prevent users from accessing other drives. If this is something you set, you can ignore it.

Next time this one shows up in the scan, checkmark it, tell MBAM to "ignore always". You should not see it in the next scan.
