Activated 3.0 on first computer, but could not on second and third

Activation on 1st computer was successful. When activating the second and third computer, received an "MBAM404101 - installation_token not found error".

Have followed the instructions below but to no avail.



Submitted a helpdesk request more than 48 hours ago but still no response. What is the usual turnaround time on this request? I have the specific Case ID# assigned when I submitted the helpdesk request but not sure if I should post it here in a public forum.


Any advice? Two computers are without protection for more than 2 days. Thanks so much!
