chris19756 Posted February 1, 2017 ID:1098128 Share Posted February 1, 2017 Hello guys, i reported by the beta version from malwarebytes 3.0 a error, when i start the pc with malwarebytes, and the pc is up in windows, popup goes up with cannot connect to service, when i restart the service, by service.msc all working good and message dont popup by start, this is not fixed, i have f-secure internet security installed with malwarebytes, on my asus g752vs with same inet security and other hardware, this message dont popup. We have identified an issue with F-Secure and the current workaround is to add C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes to the virus scan exclusions in F-Secure, or to turn on Compatibility Mode in F-Secure Deepguard. This should allow your system to work properly I am trying this (adding it to the scan exclusions) to see if it works ... so far the only way I can get it to work is to re-install it ... every morning whether the machine - Windows 10 - has been closed overnight or not.
