Miracs1 Posted January 31, 2017 ID:1097731 Share Posted January 31, 2017 Everything was working fine until all my downloaded files (both .zip and .exe) were getting corrupted each time I download any file. I ran ran malwarebyte anti malware but the problem still remain.Then I saw a thread with an issue similar to mine and followed it up. I downloaded Farbar recovery scanner tool and clicked on scan. After scanning it created two files, and then I clicked on fix and it asked for fixlist.txt. I later discovered that this file is to be created manually. Please I need help in fixing this issue of corrupted downloads as soon as possible as I cannot download any file using my system now. Attached here are the two .txt files which the tool generated. Each time I download anything application or .zip file with my laptop through wireless connection, the download ends up corrupted. Whenever I use a Lan cable or dial up connection, all seems well, but with my wifi connection, every file gets corrupted. Please I need help in fixing this. I am running out of options.
