quarantine items

Hi, im using Malwarebytes Premium 3.0.5 and i have a question.

I got a warning that some malware was found and i selected them all (3) and then hit the button (clean/quarantine?)
but it is still moving items to the quarantine location now, it's already 3300+ now, what is going on ?

Malwarebytes 3.0.5 isn't the current version of Malwarebytes, 3.0.6 is. How many items has been moved to the quarantine right now?
