Please help me check if I have any viruses left!

After scanning my PC with malwarebytes in safemode I tried to do a system restore and it failed and when I rebooted a popup came up on the corner of my screen that said "windows securety alerts".

I DID NOT click it and instead did a full system scan with malwarebytes instead of a quick scan and it found the koobface worm which is strange because it had detected this very same virus a few days ago and it said it removed it. I removed it again a few minutes ago.
