Malwarebytes 3.06 freezes MPC-HC randomly

I was watching a show with MPC-HC. I noticed random freezes (3-5 secs) while watching. The video freezes but the audio keeps playing.

I thought it was my HDD and moved some files to another drive, got the same issue again. When running multiple instances of MPC-HC the video freezes at the same time and unfreezes at the same time.

 

Turned off Malwarebytes and haven't noticed any freezing in ~30 minutes.

 

I'm using the latest MPC-HC with MadVR.
