Unable to Sigh into profile after Install ?

Hi,

 

I have just installed this and run a scan It found a few threats Mind.spark  so i quarantined  them , then it asked for a restart  - so i restated the PC and no ALL my accounts I cannot get into I get a message saying it cannot connect to the account setting up a temp account try sighing in and out . ( Windows 10) 

Having no luck getting back into my PC on my Account ?
