Malwarebytes Slows Load Responses (Start Menu)

Hi there,

Ever since I installed the latest version of Malwarebytes when I click on anything in my start menu there is a delay of a few seconds before the program begins to load. It's definitely MB causing this delay as when it is not running the programs open instantaneously.

The delay seems to be longer the larger the program is. CCleaner begins to load after about a second but Photoshop will take about 2-3. I know it's only a second or two but it is very annoying. Is this a known issue and is there any chance of a fix?
