Hi @Mred0938, sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience with our support team.

I can see in our support ticket portal that you and our support agent Maurice have exchanged several emails over the past two-plus weeks.

Maurice reached out to you three days ago and has not heard back. He reached out again eight hours. If you would like our support team to continue assisting you, please reply back to Maurice's email. If you do not see his email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
