I have been using the free version of MB for many years - since it was first launched - and have always been very happy with it. I am currently using Windows 8.1 and have no intention of upgrading to Windows 10. Too many of my programmes use Windows 8.1 and it would cost too much to replace them all. As such, I have a question. When Windows ceases to support Windows 8.1. I am considering buying the MB full package and using it alongside an antivirus software. Would this protect me from any nasties? Thank You for any advice you can offer. Please don't get too technical as I am ancient!
