Hi John! Would you mind trying something out for me to see if it resolves this? First off, please go into Malwarebytes -> Settings -> Application and turn on Event Log Notification. This will create a more verbose log with more details in case this doesn't work.

Once that's one, please close Malwarebytes completely by right clicking the system tray icon and choosing Quit Malwarebytes. Then open an admin level command prompt window and run the following commands. This will create a file on your desktop named output.txt that I'd like you to upload, even if Anti-Ransomware starts working. You can copy and paste these commands directly into the Window if you want.

sc query mbamfarflt >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\output.txt"
sc stop mbamfarflt >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\output.txt"
sc delete mbamfarflt >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\output.txt"

Once done, then please restart and open Malwarebytes again. If Anti-Ransomware is now working, great, then please upload that output.txt file so we can check what happened. If it's not working, please upload both the output.txt file from your desktop, as well as the zipped up contents of \ProgramData\Malwarebytes\MBAMService\logs. Thanks!
