Help please

[MrsCats]

Adaware found a trojan called backdoor haker and quarrantined it, then malwarebytes found another thing and it fixed it. I want to make sure the machine is clean now. Below is the malwarebytes log and the Hijackthis log.

Thanks, yes I do. My computer is still working, but I am concerned about how my Hijack log looks. Why are there so many file missings? Any help you can give would be appreciated.

Its actually quite normal for HJT to show missing files especially on a 64 Bit OS like you're running.

Please run the following and we'll take a look. Is anything happening on the system to make you believe you're infected?

Download

DDS

and save it to your desktop

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

Disable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.

Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.

Then double click

dds.scr

to run the tool.

When done, the

DDS.txt

will open.

Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:

1. DDS.txt
2. Attach.txt
   
   

• Save both reports to your desktop
• Please include the following logs in your next reply:
