If what you downloaded is named mb3-setup.exe, that is the Windows version of the software. You'll find the Mac version here:

If the file you downloaded is named MBAM-Mac-1.2.5.dmg, then that's the Mac version. To install it, see the video here:

If what you're seeing doesn't match that, please specify what you're seeing that is different.

Thank you.  Worked great.  Had to restart the computer after downloading the dmg.  Then it worked just fine.  

 

  1. I downloaded using Chrome.
  2. Moved to my desktop from downloads folder.
  3. Restarted my MacBook Pro.
  4. Then followed the instructions dragging to applications, etc...

Worked great.  Will definitely purchase a license.

That's very odd... it suggests some kind of glitch in your system. I wouldn't worry about it, though, unless that kind of thing becomes a recurring problem.

Also, note that we currently don't have a consumer Mac product to purchase. We only have a premium version of our Windows software at this time.
