Hello,

We are having an issue where end users are unable to run the gui and receive an error notification reading "Error 383 Text Property Read Only". This has just recently started happening and is now affecting end users at different client sites.

I've done some searching online and found recommendations from several years back that recommend removing via MBAM provided tools and reinstalling the software. This has not helped our situation. The only other real suggestion I've seen recommends changing the registry value for the users profile path explicitly. I've not tested this but it would not be an option for us as this software is installed on many PC's at different clients.

The endpoint for business version we are running is 1.80.2.1012 and we are managing it using via our RMM solution LabTech. Any help or insight would be very appreciated.

All of the end users have folder redirection setup but their profiles are loading without errors in the event logs. I checked UAC and I verified this occurs both with UAC disabled and at the lowest enabled setting. I also noted that this is happening to users running on both Win 7 and Win 10.
