If 3.0.6 does not resolve the issue, can you check your resolution and DPI settings please? From the screenshot, it looks like you may have a high DPI setting. To check your DPI settings, follow the instructions below:

  1. Right click an empty space on your desktop
  2. Choose the Display Settings option
  3. On the left side of the window that comes up, click Display
  4. You should see a bar that you can drag back and forth, with a % at the end. Can you please tell me what that percentage is set at

Try changing it to 100% (bring the bar to the left), then shut down your session, re-open it and see if the icons shows in the scan.

This option (to enlarge the text, icon, font, apps, etc.), while present in Windows isn't "officially" supported by every program developers, nor Microsoft. It tells you that setting it at a level other than 100% can break certain apps.
