The block is being removed on the next update.

As client #0, who reported this to Citrix I am delighted that it will be fixed. 

Like John I am wondering when we can expect the update?

I work with disabled veterans and talking them through the add exclusion process can be challenging....

Please check you've got the latest database update (v2017.01.23.03) and let us know if the issue persists.
