SSF still have malware after malwarebytes scans

Recommended Posts

I had problems with Windows Command Processor virus on my Toshiba laptop. I tried msert.exe but it did not find anything. I downloaded Malwarebytes and ran a scan and it found some infections and dealt with them but some of the problems came back. I then paid for Malwarebytes Premium but still getting problems and Malwarebytes scans not showing any problems (also its protection keeps being off after a reboot). The problems are McAfee getting disabled, slow PC when doing light tasks, internet very slow and having problems connecting to Wifi for iPads and iPhones presumably because of heavy traffic from PC. As requested I have run FRST.exe (in Safe Mode with Networking) and attach the logfiles. Can you advise what I should do next?

Regards,

Steve
