sonya1207 Posted January 15, 2017 ID:1089029 Share Posted January 15, 2017 After running every malware program under the sun (malwarebytes, adw cleaner, webroot), Guild Wars 2 tech support is still telling me that GW2 is crashing because of this dll (THANKS, AD-AWARE :|). I've removed it, I can't find it in any system folders, none of the malware/anti-virus programs are finding it, and GW2 isn't even generating a crash report. On launch, the screen flashes and then launch fails. I can't even uninstall GW2, and at this point that's almost all I want. Thanks!
