0/0 threats quarantined Malwarebytes Bug or what is that?

i decided to try a security software first time in my life i dont like security softwares because they were slowing my pc (auto scans when im gaming etc) but ive a stong pc now and i sometimes open a few unknown exes so lately i thought i need some protection software and i installed malwarebytes's premium trial after scan it found 2 malware 2/2  were selected but after starting to process it said 0 of 0 selected and stuck on 0 of 0 should i wait for hours or? (btw i tried more than 3 times im sure i selected that malwares)
