No,  The scan goes from the Threat Scan screen to that screen upon completion.

If I may, check your settings and make sure they match like in the picture below, then run a new scan to see if the detection shows up.

Great, now that we have the detection name and item, lets wait for staff to shed some light on what the detection is, it could be possible that its a false positive, but we will have to wait for a reply from staff.

That may have been installed by the OEM manufacturer of your machine(s) as part of the Amazon Assistant, Amazon Smart Search, AmazonBrowserSettings, etc which is considered a PUP. (Potentially Unwanted Program) Most people who find that software installed on their PC want assistance in removing it for various reasons.
