Making sure the Malware is gone

I'm pretty sure I got some malware after doing some torrenting. Silly me.

I've run Malware-bytes, Hitman Pro, Zemana, and a couple of other assorted programs in an attempt to clean my PC and after re-running Malware-bytes today, it found more SHTUFF on my PC. 

I just need some additional help to actually make sure I'm clean.
