Client Migration from one MBAM for business server to another

I have created a new mgt console as we have been windows domain migrating servers and clients. I have a new client package created from the new MBAM Server. I have migrated the licence over from old to new,. The old server is now switched off. Both old and new installs were the same version. 1.6.2897. My question is, can I push out the new client package to the client still connected\associated with the old server?, or am I going to have to un-install the client on the old clients and then push out the new client. I am using SCCM to push the install out.
