mbae64.sys error during install of Mbam mb3-setup-consumer-3.0.5.1299

Recommended Posts

I had the same Problem:

Rename the file - for example _mbae64.sys and restart your pc, then you could delete the file (after reboot!).
Now you could install Malwarebytes 3.0 ;)

If the PC freeze after installation, you must deactivate Windows Defender / Security Essentials.

Thank for your answer. I tried to rename the file, delete all mbam directories in program e program data. I used also mbam clean tool obtaining always the same error. As I said before  when I clicked "ignore" (as told me dcollins) the installation was right :). Mysteries of I.T.

Cheers.
