who's lost keys?

I wrote to support so I'll see how it goes, but this is the second time I've lost a key. I let it upgrade to 3.0.5 and after some screwy permissions messages it finally installed and was working. After my computer rebooted later to instally windows updates, malwarebytes could not connect to service. 

So I installed again and it's in free mode. My key won't work, max activations. I find it odd they don' t have a way to log in and deactivate computers like just about anyone else does. I love the product but if bugs erase licenses I don't love it that much!

Just a fast question- do you have your license information printed out somewhere?

 

I don't have the latest version on this computer but you should have been able to deactivate your license.

 

If not contact tech report.
