How do I remove TSS WebCam
Our program Malwarebytes Anti-Malware can detect and remove this potentially unwanted application, but due to the nature of the infection this will require a few extra steps.
  • Note that the product code for the screenlock is THTY4-89LK6-RTI23-XZTOP-05ERY.
  • Once you succeed, you will see this prompt.
  • Click OK to return to your desktop.
  • Alternatively you can use the key combination Ctrl-Alt-Del to invoke Taskmanager.
  • End the process called AdobeFlashPlayer.exe. This should also take you back to your desktop.
  • Either way the Scheduled Task will still be active, so you may have to End the process called AdobeFlashPlayer.exe again.
  • When you have back control, continue with the instructions below.
  • Please download Malwarebytes to your desktop.
  • Double-click mb3-setup-consumer-{version}.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • Then click Finish.
  • Once the program has fully updated, select Scan Now on the Dashboard. Or select the Threat Scan from the Scan menu.
  • If another update of the definitions is available, it will be implemented before the rest of the scanning procedure.
  • When the scan is complete, make sure that all Threats are selected, and click Remove Selected.
  • Restart your computer when prompted to do so.
Is there anything else I need to do to get rid of TSS WebCam
  • No, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware removes TSS WebCam completely.
  • The shortcut called WebCam on the desktop can be deleted if it belonged to the Tech Support Scam.
