Scan stuck after 5 hours

Recommended Posts

I downloaded malware bytes earlier today to fix an infection on my laptop that is hogging bandwidth. I know my computer is infected, I even found the files in questions Zdengine to be exact but I couldn't get them to delete which is why I downloaded this program.

however it's been scanning the startup files for 5 hours and is stuck at 2,100 files.

any thoughts?
