Something is wrong

Good morning @Jouko. If possible, can you please follow the instructions below so we can try to grab a crash dump of the issue:

  1. Restart the computer
  2. Download the zip file attached to this post
  3. Extract the zip file, and double click the enable_localdumps.reg file inside of it, and click yes to approve the change
    Note: This registry file will enable cash dumps to be created for applications when they crash
  4. Start a scan with Malwarebytes
  5. Once the scan hangs, wait 5-10 minutes and then look in the C:\mb_crashdumps folder for any files that have been created
  6. Please zip up those files and attach them as a reply
  7. Once done, run the disable_localdumps.reg file from inside the downloaded zip to turn off the crash dump feature
