can't install Malwarebytes 3.0

for the last month i have problem with my pc heat when i check out there is suspicious process in task manager Ground.exe. I try to end process but it keep start. when I check it in few forum i found out that it was trojan, and someone tells me to use freefixer for this kind of problem. it did solved it but not for long grond.exe keep coming, so i try to research how to permanently delete this kind of problem. when i want to try it with malwarebytes, when I try to run their installers a box pops up to tell me internal error failed to get path of 64-bit program files directory. when i looking for help i ran into this and follow its steps and using mbar https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/151076-im-infected-cant-install-malwarebytes-or-others/
