Firefox crash not unusual

Recommended Posts

My other two computers with 3.0.5.1299 were behaving so well that I decided to install it on my main computer an i5.

Turns out it was not a smart move.

Is a fix available? I may have missed it.

I'm sorry but the computer is really messed up thanks to installing Malwarebytes.

My mouse stoipped working too.

SO- I tried to zip the file and just get an error message so I will give it unzipped.

You have seen the screen shot.

This computers is Windows 7 Pro 64bit as are the other two computers in which Malwarebytes works fine.

Sorry but my i5 is now crippled and it is hard doing much with it.

Hello, jadinolf--

You are running the latest version with your 3.0.5 installation.

Can you please go to Settings > Protection tab > Real-Time Protection and click the Managed Protected Applications button?  From there, please turn protection for Mozilla Firefox to Off.

Does the problem still exist after doing that?

Thank you,
