Winifighter... Help

Hey Guys,

OK got an infected machine...showing double red nag screens for Winifighter every few mins as well as a balloon pop up. so I check on net and it seems its not a prob to get rid of quite a few sites recommend normal scan with MBAM.... fine so I do that but it doesnt find anything related to the winifighter in the results (the nag screens are popping up during scan too. I'm using latest version of mbam 1.39. Do I need to use different software or another tool? - cant understand why its not registering with the malwarebytes scan, could it be different malware disguised as winifighter?

Any help would be greatly appreciated have been stuck on this pc for over a day now... I have a corporate version of Kaspersky installed and that cant even find one trace of malware... useless!!!!
