When i exit Malwarebytes Chrome can launch again properly! I use Malwarebytes 3 on default settings along with Kaspersky Internet Security 2017. Any ideas how to fix it? Edge browser in Windows 10 has similar issues with not launching or freezing so turning off Exploit Protection module fixes it. But I see you are using Kaspersky too (sorry missed that part).
