I have 3 questions about the new malwarebytes

Do I need to be connected to the internet to run a scan with malwarebytes version 3.0.4?

Is it better to scan with or without internet connection?

Under custom scan If i put a check in the box next to each of the drives like c:, which is where my os is installed, does that mean it will scan my entire system?

Hi Gamerear21 :)

You don't need to be connected to the Internet to run a scan with Malwarebytes 3.0, however, you need to be connected to the Internet before the scan if you want it to check for the latest definitions available and download them for the scan. This being said, it is better to scan your system while it is connected to the Internet, but if you have the most up-to-date database, you can scan it without a connection. And if you check a drive under the Custom Scan option, Malwarebytes will scan that whole drive, yes.
