Thanks for those logs, is the issue cleared...?

Next,

Please download Security Analysis by Rocket Grannie from here: http://rocketgrannie.spywareinfoforum.org/RGSA.exe

  • Save it to your Desktop.
  • Close your security software to avoid potential conflicts.
  • Double click RGSA.exe
  • Click OK on the copyright-disclaimer
  • It will produce a log named SALog.txt on the Desktop or in the same folder from where the tool is run if installed elsewhere.
  • Please copy and paste the contents of that log in this topic.

There maybe a Warning from Windows about running the program, if so click on More info and then click Run Anyway to run it even though Windows says it might put your PC at risk.

Note: The link to the most current version of the program will always be in the first post of this topic.
Note: (Windows 8/10 users will be prompted about Windows SmartScreen protection - click More information and Run to continue.)
Note: The current java version on XP will show as "out of date".
Note: Flash Player ActiveX is pre-installed with Internet Explorer in Windows 10 and updates Automatically.

Please post your feedback in this topic.

I do not see any resident Anti-Virus program installed, you really should have AV protection... If no remaining issues/concerns we can clean up...

Uninstall Sophos AV scanner via Programs and Features...

Next,

Download "Delfix by Xplode" and save it to your desktop.

Or use the following if first link is down:

"Delfix link mirror"

If your security program alerts to Delfix either, accept the alert or turn your security off.

Double Click to start the program. If you are using Vista or higher, please right-click and choose run as administrator

Make Sure the following items are checked:

  • Remove disinfection tools <----- this will remove tools we have used.
  • Purge System Restore <--- this will remove all previous and possibly exploited restore points, a new point relative to system status at present will be created.
  • Reset system settings <--- this will reset any system settings back to default that were changed either by us during cleansing or malware/infection

Now click on "Run" and wait patiently until the tool has completed.

The tool will create a log when it has completed. We don't need you to post this.

Any remnant files/logs from tools we have used can be deleted…

How to uninstall a program Windows 7 - http://www.wikihow.com/Remove-Programs-(Windows-7)

For PC security and best practices use the links I provide in my last reply...

One other program I highly recommend is Malwarebytes version 3, this is probably one of the best security programs you`ll ever need. It is great value for money and so simple to install and use....

Have a read at the following link: https://www.malwarebytes.com/support/guides/mbam/

One other point.  I am not staff, I am a volunteer here at Malwarebytes. I have nothing to gain giving that recommendation, only confidence that you will not be disappointed....

Thank you,

Kevin...
