This file is Quarantined on my computer. I'm running Windows 7. My Malwarebytes free version. Microsoft Security Essentials did not find this. Am trying to clan up comp before cloning from 250 SSD to 500 SSD. Could this be related to 'Kernel Mode Driver Stopped and has Recovered' error I keep getting?

What do you need from me?
