I currently have Malwarebytes Corporate through Toshiba on Windows 10 Home.Is there a way to switch to 3.0 Home version,or will the corporate version be upgraded? The version is 1.80.2.1012.Will the product id work on new home version?

If this is your personal computer, then you shouldn't be using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business, but Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (now Malwarebytes 3.0). How did you get Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business through Toshiba?

Personal computer.When I ask them they say it is part of nanoheal which I no longer have,but details are hard to pin down because there is no record of it being installed.

This is weird. In your case, we'll have to wait for an employee to pick up your thread, since corporate licencing works differently. 

It's still weird that Toshiba and/or Nanoheal would offer Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business to home users. I guess Malwarebytes will want to look into it.

Weird.I will agree.May not be standard procedure.Someone will have to see if it was even offered by Toshiba.I was a newbie at the time or I would have asked more questions.I will include product id when asked.
