Malwarebytes 3 Not Updating

A lot of times now Malwarebytes 3 doesn't update it's malware definitions. It have to restart the computer to make malwarebytes update.

So when it can't update, it can't do scans and a really fast scan turns into a very slow scan. Please fix soon. It's getting very annoying.

Hello

I will need to get a couple of reports to start with

First open Malwarebytes> click Settings>Application and enable the Event Data log.
Wait a few minutes and then I would like you to zip up the report and send it to me please

c:\program data\Malwarebytes\Mbamservice\logs\MBAMSERVICE.log

After you've done that, turn off the Event Data log option.

Hey, Malwarebytes didn't create a log file. I checked after 10 minutes, and even restarted my computer with the log setting checked in the Malwarebytes Program.

I also recorded a video that is over a minute long. It will be in the Google Drive link along with the farbar logs (Addition.txt & FRST.txt). I am kind of frustrated since it supposed to replace your antivirus and it's can't even update fast.

I forgot to tell you also Gringo that when I pressed Install Application Updates this started happening. Maybe you should try it yourself. I am running Windows 10 with a 50mbp internet connection.
