Hello everyone!

I had Royal Raid on my computer and went to a blog saying that I should download Malwarebytes to scan and get it off. I downloaded it on the same site and I was attempting to scan my computer for it and it came up. Once that it started scanning through the more complex files, I left my computer in internet and went to bed. Once I woke up, I went to check in on it and found the scan not only done, but the window was frozen and I decided to wait for it and get back to normal. It didn't and shut down by itself. I tried again, hoping that I could start from where I left off. It didn't. I watched until I went to bed, and when I woke up the same happened. I tried a third time and this time, it finished scanning, but before I could even press a button, it ended up freezing again. I couldn't take it anymore and decided to uninstall Malwarebytes from my computer since I was convinced there was a problem with it. [No offense] I then tried using the other solutions, but they came up with naught. Can you help me figure out what's wrong with it or my computer?

Thank's a lot!

Hello thanhvanchi and :welcome:

The description in this, and your other topic, suggests the computer is probably infected and malware removal actions are not permitted in this sub-forum.

I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and have one of the Malware Removal Experts assist you with your issue.

If, as recommended, you do open a topic in Malware Removal Help, please make reference to this thread.

If you would like to get off to a very fast start, the Malware Removal Experts would appreciate it if you would also attach (not compress/copy/paste) both the FRST.txt and the Addition.txt output diagnostic reports from only Log Set 1 into your new topic. Please do not alter any pre-configured FRST categories as the default settings are well suited for malware removal actions.

Thank you.
