Need help now please, virus is killing my PC, by fffyyyss

I have a virus preventing both WiFi and ethernet adapters from working, I have use Malwarebytes Bytes, but I get the following errors (for president installed to SD card: "application was unable to start correctly  (0x0000142) ", from EXE installer:  "Runtime Error (at 92:100):  Could Not Call proc.") I have tried AVG, it failed to start (lack of internet) and Windows Def tried to remove some stuff, but during restart the virus stopped the removal process.  I'm on Windows 10, host file is clean, proxy is good, and the virus is preventing ALL control panel access. Safe mode with networking still does not work, and even safe mode is better, but the virus still has a grip on the pc. I need help, I'm thinking of reinstalling windows 10, if that doesn't work, we'll then I know the bios is messed up and I'll then need a new P.C.

P.S. I have a second pc, so any portable scancers can be used (possibly)

p.s.s The pc that is infected is a laptop, not a desktop, it's HP too

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them.
Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press Scan button. button.

  

• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
  

• The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt). Please attach it to your reply.

Fix with Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

This fix was created for this user for use on that particular machine.

Running it on another one may cause damage and render the system unstable.

Download attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop:

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

• Right-click on icon and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
• Press the Fix button just once and wait.
• If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
• When finishes FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Thankyou so much, my ethernet driver is re-enabled and I'm running both Hit man Pro and AVG to mop up any remaining maleware. If I had money to donate, I would.
