Please begin here:

  1. Try a conventional cold system restart to the normal boot mode to see if the RTP issue resolves.  If yes, please go to step #5.  If not continue at step #2..
  2. Continue to the following and reply if this corrects your issue: MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x.
  3. If that does not correct the issue, then read the following and individually attach the 3 requested logs in a reply to this thread: Diagnostic Logs.
  4. The 3 files, from Step 3, to be individually attached from your desktop are: CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt. Please do not Copy and Paste them into a reply and do not alter any FRST settings as the default configuration is well suited to your system's needs.
  5. Please update the status of your issue in a reply to this thread.
