Is my PC clean?

I've been having some trouble trying to update Malwarebytes in the last month or so. I kept getting an error code "732 (0, 0)" and I've done everything to try to fix it from reading other posts and so far nothing has worked. So I have a suspicion that my computer might be infected.

My computer has been acting fine, other than a few anti-spyware programs not updating correctly so I think something is going on. Here is my hijack this logfile

Hi,

I see you are using a proxyserver:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = 193.69.186.83:80

Please disable your proxy and try again. To do this, In IE: Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" and set to detect automatic.

In Firefox in Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection.

Then try again.

I also see you have McAfee installed. The same error has been reported as well with Malwarebyes, caused by McAfee.

I thought I disabled that proxy a long time ago.....I just did what you said and it worked!!! My programs update again. Nice.
