My Anti Exploit's "About" doesn't have4 the Activate tab

You automatically renewed my anti exploit today. You sent me instructions for how to enter my new key #. So I followed the instrustions. The "About" tab has my ID # on it, but nowhere on the screen does it have an "Activate" button. I can't renew my Key without a field into which to type the new Key. Will you help me?

Hello Jane,

If you are renewing, the license should be the same and once the payment goes through, that should be the end of it.  I can check further for you but I need more information from you.  Please send me a PM (Personal Message) with the license you are using so I can look it up in our records.
