Threats Not Removed From Client After Quick Scan

In the Malwarebytes Management Console I have a good amount of clients highlighted in red.  After performing quick scans, they remain red.  I have checked the policy and it indicates that for PUP, PUM and P2P are all set to "show in results list and check for removal." Why aren't the threats being removed?  Do I have to do a full scan?  Do I have to go to each client and delete these manually?

Hello Jamie,

 

I want to have you get me a set of logs from one of the machines so I can look into if this is actually removing the infection or not. To do this:

-Locate the this folder on the client computer: C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Managed Client
-In this folder, right click the 'CollectClientLog.exe' utility and run it as admin.
-Save these logs to the desktop of the computer.
-Zip up this folder and attach it to the next reply.
