Unable to to add program to Exclusion List

We have a program that just started being blocked this morning by Anti-Exploit.  I've been unable to add it to our exclusion list.  I get the error The above exclusion item is invalid.

Attached is a screen shot from the security log from of our clients showing the problem.

Any suggestions to be able to add this to the Exclusion List?'

Can you collect the logs noted in this post:

 

 

I want to see exactly what the logs are showing the alert as to see if it can be excluded.
