Hello AyeAyeCaptain and :welcome:

For the free embedded MBARW Beta8 license to activate, and for normal subsequent operations to continue, a permanent path must exist between the MBARW Beta8 program, its key files, and all URLs within the following guide:

        https://www.malwarebytes.com/pdf/guides/AntiRansomwareAdminGuide.pdf -> Page 2 -> External Access Requirements.

You must ensure that if any sort of proxy setting, HOSTS file entry, web filter/third party firewall/security applications are in use, that the above URLs be regarded as Trusted.  A 3rd party security application may require the following permanent file exclusion:

   %ProgramFiles%\Malwarebytes\Anti-Ransomware\MB3Service.exe or %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Malwarebytes\Anti-Ransomware\MB3Service.exe

If you require further assistance, please reply to this topic and thank you for participating in the Home/Consumer MBARW Beta testing program and your valued feedback.

Hello ThinkYEAH:

Using the native Windows built-in zip utility, please create the following, separate, .zip (not .7z or .rar) archive file for MBARW developer team analysis:

                                 "%ProgramData%\MalwarebytesARW"

Please attach the .zip archive to your next reply.  Thank you for your beta testing contribution to the Malwarebytes Anti-Ransomware (MBARW Beta) project and your valued feedback.
