Cannot Activate or update

Hey Guys, experienced IT guy here hoping to avoid a reinstall

cannot update or activate pro license. Have attempted;

-uninstall(clean aswell)

-reinstall(used the older version with no luck)

-hosts file

-date and time

-uninstall/deactivate trend

-disable widows firewall.

 

Any suggestions?

It seems as if the CheckResults.txt report is from:

OS:                                Windows 10  64 bit Operating System
Current Version and Build:         10.0.14393 OS Product Info: Professional

Yet the FRST.txt report seems to come from:

Platform: Windows 7 Home Premium Service Pack 1 (X64) Language: English (United States)

Can you help to straighten out this confusion?

Hey 1PW, thanks for the welcome! I have recently upgraded to windows 10, this is going back to June/July however. OS is definitely W10Pro.

i have managed to update the application and register the key. I had to run a full scan of ADWcleaber and it removed 230 items, something in that removal was blocking the software.
